Privacy

We process personal data from our contacts. Maybe you belong to this group too. Maybe not. In any case, we only do this to help you as well as possible. In this privacy statement we explain why and how we process your personal data. If you have any questions about this, please contact us at hi@maibru.com or +31 (0) 85 130 76 11. Our office can be found at Anthony Fokkerweg 61, 1059CP, Amsterdam. We think it would be great if you would come by and drink a cup of coffee with us!

Which data from you can we process?
If you use our contact form, we will process your name (whatever name you enter here), telephone number, email address, portfolio site, LinkedIn page and any attachments you send us. In addition, we process your IP address, cookie ID and your surfing behavior on our website.

Why is one of our favorite questions. So why do we process that data?
If you need us (or we need you), it's useful that we can reach out to you. Sounds like logic, right? We only use the information we receive from you via our contact form for this specific reason.

We also like to see what you do on our website. Which pages do you read? How long does it take to read these pages? Very interesting things to know of course! With this information we can improve the content of our website and tailor it to better match your needs. That makes us both happy.

Retention period
We don't store personal data longer than necessary. Think of it as a clean desk policy. We keep the data we receive to improve our services for a period of one year. If you provide us with any personal information via a contact form, we will remove it as soon as we have helped you with your question or comment. Did we mention that we have nice coffee?

Cookies

On this website we use cookies and similar technologies. We only do this to make the website work and to analyze the use of the website. With that analysis we can try to improve your user experience again. Only good things going on here!

What kind of cookies you say?
We only place necessary cookies that are used so that the site can function properly and cookies that give us the opportunity to look very focussed and interested at statistics. We can see what anonymous visitors are up to on our website and signal any issues. Let's hope that we can solve those issues before they become a real problem.

You want to know more details?
Okay, then we'll provide an overview with the specific cookies we use. Small effort, no sweat.

Yes, then you obviously don't want any cookies at all. In the internet browser you can set cookies to be blocked. It differs per browser how you can set this, but most browsers explain this in the help function. If you block cookies, you can only come to us for a good cup of coffee.
